PGSS Gauges are made with Type 316 internal surfaces for maximum corrosion resistance. Back mount gauges can be ordered with a U-clamp or front flange mounting option. Back mount gauges are available by specifying "-CBM" after PGSS in the part number.

Spray Balls are used in the food & beverage industry to easily clean inside tanks and pipes. Using high velocity water and chemicals when needed, tanks can be quickly sanitized resulting in less downtime and exposure to cleaning agents. Green Line carries two types of Spray Balls. Our Rotary Spray Balls come complete with a 1 1 ⁄ 2 " tri clamp connection and are made from Type 304 Stainless Steel. They have stainless steel ball bearings to eliminate rust and feature a 360° spray pattern to clean any type of tank or vessel. Our Stationary Spray Balls are made from Type 316 Stainless Steel and feature a pin-style connection. They are available in three different configurations. G56SBX... 360° Rotary Spray Ball

Our nylon fittings are made with FDA approved high-quality first generation resin and are NSF 61 certified. They are generally acceptable for use at working pressures up to 150 psi and will withstand temperatures as high as 75°C (167°F) and as low as -40°C (-40°F) although they should not be used below 0°C (32°F) where fluid expansion from freezing can occur. Nylon is a strong, abrasion-resistant material with excellent impact resistance. Nylon has good chemical resistance to organic solvents, oils, and fuels but is not recommended for use with strong acids and bases such as ammonium, boric acid, calcium, or sulfuric acid. Available in two styles, these hose bumpers help to protect your end fittings by keeping them off the ground. G53DT Hose Donuts are adjustable allowing them to fit a wide range of outside hose diameters and keep the entire assembly off the ground when installed along the length of the hose. They are made of impact and crack resistant FDA grade polyurethane, are supplied with stainless steel hardware, and feature a built-in carrying handle. G53BUMP End Bumpers are made of silicone rubber and are easily slipped over the end of your hose assembly for quick and easy protection.
