SHOTCRETE NOZZLES

Featuring durable steel construction and easy-to-use ergonomic handles, our new concrete hose couplings come in four different styles to suit your needs. Our Fixed Lever Couplings come complete with a gasket included while the safety pin prevents accidental opening while in use. Our Adjustable Snap Couplings allow users to adjust the depth of the locking mechanism to customize the locking strength of the coupling. In sizes 2" and 2 1 ⁄ 2 ", these couplings are commonly used for higher pressure applications such as shotcrete and are therefore non-adjustable. We also offer a Fixed Lever Grooved Coupling in the 2” size for those users who prefer a lighter weight grooved end connection for their shotcrete applications. All couplings come complete with safety pins, safety tags, and gaskets. Replacement gaskets are also available. CONCRETE HOSE COUPLINGS

Green Line carries two nozzles for use with wet-mix shotcrete. Shotcrete (sprayed concrete) has many applications including the repair, restoration, and retrofit of bridges, dams, and reservoirs, as well as new construction projects such as pools, domes, retain ing walls, and skateboard parks. It is also used in stabilization, tunnelling, and mining applications. Shotcrete’s versatility has made it easier for contractors to use in place of conventional concrete placement methods. Shotcrete comes in both wet and dry mixtures. Wet-mix shotcrete is when all ingredients including water are mixed prior to entering the delivery hose. Compressed air is then introduced to the material flow at the nozzle via the universal connection to enhance spray characteristics making the nozzles a key piece of equipment when it comes to concrete placement. Nozzles are available with either a Heavy Duty Flange connection or a Grooved End connection. Long replacement nozzle tips are also available.
