INDUSTRIAL BUTTERFLY VALVES

Butterfly valves have the advantage of being available in a wide variety of configurations, materials, and actuator styles which allow them to be found in many different applications ranging from water suction and discharge to dry bulk material handling. Our V1800 Series Butterfly Valves feature a narrow profile, wafer style body, allowing them to be installed and removed without needing to disrupt the pipe system. These valves meet MSS-SP67 and API 609 specifications and are tested according to API 598 specifications. Flange drilling is done in accordance with ANSI B16.1 dimension specifications. V200 Series cast brass valves are general service valves commonly used in a variety of applications in the construction industry. These valves feature chrome plated balls with Teflon® seats, adjustable packing glands and blowout-proof stems. These valves are rated up to 600 psi for water, oil, and gas applications and 150 psi for steam applications. In sizes 1⁄2" to 2", they are CSA approved for 1⁄2 psi natural gas under classes 3371-92, 3371-12, 3371-88, and 3371-08. Our V203 two-position ball valve features an L-pattern flow. Also known as a three-way diverter valve, it directs flow either to the left or to the right with a 90° turn of the handle. V203 valves are rated up to 400 psi for water, oil, and gas applications and up to 150 psi for steam applications. They are not suitable for natural gas. Temperature Range : -20°C (-4°F) to 110°C (230°F).

Very similar to our V202 general service valves, V202LF ball valves have the added bonus of being lead-free* for use in potable water systems and are certified to NSF standards. These two-piece, full port valves feature chrome plated balls with Teflon® seats, adjustable packing glands, and blowout-proof stems. Temperature Range : -20°C (-4°F) to 110°C (230°F).

Note : V1800 Series Butterfly valves must be installed in the partial open position to avoid damage during start up.
