ALUMINUM CAM-LOCKS

Our aluminum cam-locks are manufactured from aluminum alloy 384 (JIS grade ADS12) and feature Type 316 Stainless Steel pins, forged brass handles, and plated steel finger rings. G65 cam-locks fit Commercial Item Description (CID) #A-A-59326B for sizes 3 ⁄ 4 " to 6" and will interchange with other couplings that meet this specification. In addition to our standard cam-lock offering, we also carry a variety of cam-lock adapters including reducers, elbows, and couplers as well as a wide selection of jump size cam-locks. Please note, on jump size cam-locks, the lowest pressure rating should be used. All female couplers are supplied with locking clips.

GEAR CLAMPS

Our Green Line G7 Series and G8 Series Gear Clamps find use in a wide variety of industries including the construction, agriculture, marine, and automotive industries. Our G7 Carbon Steel Gear Clamp features a stainless band and screw housing with a plated carbon steel screw. G7M bands are 5 ⁄ 16 " wide and G7 bands are 1 ⁄ 2 " wide. G7 clamps are not recommended for underground applications or corrosive environments. Where rust or corrosion is a concern, use our G8 All Stainless Steel Gear Clamp. The G8M clamps have a 5 ⁄ 16 " wide Type 301 Stainless Steel band with a Type 410 Stainless Steel screw. G8 clamps have a 1 ⁄ 2 " wide Type 300 Stainless Steel band and screw.

Our punch clamps are double wrapped and formed to a given diameter, with sizes ranging from 13 ⁄ 16 " to 8" I.D. All punch clamps can be pulled down to a smaller diameter using a punch clamp tool but cannot be adjusted to a larger diameter. We offer a variety of punch clamp options including stainless steel punch clamps for improved corrosion resistance.
