COMPOSITE HOSE ACCESSORIES

Safety Bumps™ replace traditional cam-lock dust caps and dust plugs, providing a comfortable handle for the operator's hand and a "bump" that extends beyond the cam-lock and cam-lock handles, protecting them from damage. Safety Bumps™ are available in 2", 3", and 4" sizes in both dust cap and dust plug configurations. Standard black Safety Bumps™ are made from a glass-filled black composite with an antistatic additive and are safe for use with biodiesel and ethanol.

PAS… POLYESTER ABRASION SLEEVE

Green Line can supply composite hose assemblies complete with a polyester sleeve jacket to provide extra wear resistance. The jacket is fixed at each fitting using punch clamps. PAS fabric is 1200 Denier

polyester woven at 24 threads per inch with a waterproof PVC backing to enhance water resist ance and overall durability. Custom sizes are also available up to 18” I.D. via special order. Please contact us for more information.

HB… HOSE SUPPORTS

SPILL CLEAN-UP

HB Hose Supports are polyurethane saddles designed to suspend hoses. Their special design accommodates the bend radius of the hose and protects it from kinking which reduces premature hose failures and prolongs the service life of the hose. Hose Supports require no special tools for installation and feature a non-conductive, static-free construction resistant to most fuels, chemicals, and petrochemicals. HB Hose Supports are commonly used to bundle industrial or hydraul ic hose in fueling stations, mines, and pumping operations in sizes up to 4”. Larger sizes are commonly used for offshore dock hose, material handling hose, and fish suction hose. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 130°C (266°F).

OILPAD… OIL ABSORBENT PADS These oil cleanup pads reject water, and so are ideal for land and water use, and typically absorb 15 to 25 times their weight in spilled oil (up to 1.36 litres per pad).
