SPECIALTY GEAR CLAMPS

G5 series gear clamps are manufactured entirely with grade 316 stainless steel for extra corrosion resistance. They were designed for use in marine applications where 201 and 301 stainless materials show signs of corrosion. G5 all 316 stainless clamps are ideal for use in shipbuilding, marine engine repair, water treatment plants, pulp and paper manufacturing, and chemical plants. They provide extra reliability in underground installations such as sprinkler and swimming pool piping. G5M micro series have a 1 ⁄ 4 " wide band, and G5 are made from 1 ⁄ 2 " wide band.

G7ET/G7ETM… EXTENDED TANG GEAR CLAMP A continuous smooth shield underneath the serrated portion of the gear clamp prevents soft silicone hose from extruding out at high temperatures. The use of regular gear clamps on silicone hose may result in leaks and possible hose blow‑off.

Featuring a stainless steel band and housing with a zinc-plated, steel screw, our G7A Gear Clamps combine a stamped band thread, beveled band edge, and a smooth underside to protect any hose from damage. G7A clamps have a 9mm wide band and are ideal for general industrial applications.

Quick release clamps employ a hinged housing on the clamp screw to allow instant release and fast installation. They are useful in ap- plications where the clamp is often disconnected, such as in filter bag systems. G8L clamps are all stainless and have a very wide range of adjustment.
