WASHDOWN & PRESSURE WASH

Spray tips are designated by the spray angle (a narrower angle pro- duces more force over a small area, which is great for tough jobs but may gouge or strip softer surfaces), and by orifice size. The orifice size designates the gallons per minute flow at 4000 psi. For pumps operating at other pressures, the correct orifice can be chosen from the chart. Using a larger orifice than recommended will cause loss of cleaning pressure. Using a smaller orifice will mean less flow of water at the maximum pump pressure. Spray tips are available color coded by spray angle with quick discon- nect ends, or with 1 ⁄ 4 " male NPT ends. Common nozzles are shown below. Other sizes are available on request.

In that column, choose the row that shows the flow of your pressure washer. In the left column you will find the appropriate nozzle orifice size.
