C400 SERIES STRAIGHT- THROUGH COUPLINGS

Injection mold couplings provide quick coupling for cooling and heating hoses used on injection molding equipment. In 1 ⁄ 2 " size these couplers are gaining popularity for glycol connections to drive units on progressive cavity jack pumps. They are machined from solid brass bar stock. Stainless steel balls, retaining rings, and springs provide maximum service life. A high temperature silicone seal is standard. Plugs are machined from solid brass or steel bar stock. Steel plugs are zinc plated for superior corrosion resistance. Mold couplings are usually installed by adding G21B or G2016 hose barb fittings. Where coupler must be valved, the valve and spring are inserted and retained when the hose barb or other fitting is attached. INJECTION MOLD COUPLINGS

The plated steel construction of our non-valved C400 Series Hydraulic couplings are perfect for the rigours of hydrovac service while also allowing for extra flow and high pressure. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 120°C (248°F).
