These jump size pipe nipples are made from seamless Schedule 40 pipe that has been swaged to a smaller diameter on one end. Stock swaged nipples are concentric. Other sizes, as well as eccentric (offset) fittings and heavier fittings (schedule 80, 160, and XXS) are available on special order.

Schedule 80 extra strong black steel nipples are welded parts with steel material according to ASTM A53 Type F CW. Longer pipe nipples are available on special order.

This tough, shatter-resistant polycarbonate plastic has more than 30 times the impact resistance of safety glass, withstands prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays, and can be used in temperatures ranging from -100°C (-165°F) to 75°C (167°F). G1616PC Sight Glasses are not designed for pressure applications and should be used on drain lines only. Always use the pipe wrench on the metal connection and not the sight glass when tightening.
