UC-HL… ULTRA CLEAN 2" PRODUCTION KIT

Designed for constant, everyday use, these kits are ideal for production hose and tube shops with a counter business and are capable of cleaning hoses up to and including 2 " I.D. The launcher is made from machined aluminum and is hard-coat anodized to withstand years of service. The nozzle adapter ring allows the user to connect nozzles capable of cleaning hoses as small as 1 ⁄ 4 " I.D. A safety release bar locks the faceplate closed when firing projectiles for added safety, while the full-flow quick coupler and live swivel nipple ensures proper air flow and reduced operator fatigue. A 1 ⁄ 2 " I.D. air hose is recommended to ensure 55 SCFM air flow during operation and working pressures should be a minimum of 80 psi up to a maximum of 110 psi. It is recommended that air supply be regulated and filtered to 5 microns.
