Tube : Seamless oil resistant nitrile rubber. Reinforcement : One high tensile steel wire braid. Cover : Mildew, oil, and heat resistant rubber impregnated black poly ester fabric braid cover. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 125°C (257°F), air to 70°C (158°F).

151 is a single wire braid hose with a rubber impregnated black polyester fabric braid cover. While not generally as abrasion resistant as neoprene, the polyester cover does allow for greater ambient heat resistance. This hose can be used for hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils, diesel, air, and water. 151 is commonly used in heavy-duty commercial vehicle applications such as air brake, power steering, fuel filter, tur bocharger oil supply, tilt cab cylinders, transmission/engine coolant, and oil filtration lines. 151 meets the requirements of J1402 AII and DOT FMVSS 106-74 Type AII for air brake applications in sizes up to 5 ⁄ 8 " inside diameter.

Tube : Seamless oil resistant chlorinated polyethylene rubber. Reinforcement : One high tensile steel wire braid. Cover : Mildew, oil, and heat resistant rubber impregnated blue poly ester fabric braid cover. Temperature Range : -49°C (-55°F) to 150°C (302°F), air to 120°C (248°F).

151H is a single wire braid hose with a rubber impregnated blue poly ester fabric braid cover. Though 151 is similar, 151H uses a special tube compound that offers superior hot and cold temperature resistance. This hose can be used for hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils, diesel, air, and water. 151H is commonly used in heavy-duty commercial vehicle applications such as air brake, power steering, fuel filter, turbocharger oil supply, tilt cab cylinders, transmission/engine coolant, and oil filtration lines. 151H meets the requirements of J1402 and DOT FMVSS 106 Type AII for air brake applications.
