172-02… SAE 100R7 BLACK THERMOPLASTIC This medium pressure polyurethane covered hydraulic hose offers excellent flexibility and resistance to a wide range of chemicals and petroleum base products. 172-02 hose is commonly used in lubrica tion lines as the polyester tube provides excellent low temperature flexibility.

Tube : Polyester. Reinforcement : Braided polyester. Cover : Black polyurethane, pin-pricked. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 93°C (200°F).

111-03… GREASE LINE – SAE 100R1AT 111-03 is a medium pressure, single wire braid hose which meets the requirements of SAE 100R1AT and EN 853-1SN. This rubber 3 ⁄ 16 " hose is ideally suited for grease lines allowing for better flexibilty at low temperatures and better life and coupling retention compared to other grease lines found in the market today.

Tube : Seamless oil resistant nitrile rubber. Reinforcement : One high tensile steel wire braid.

Cover : Oil, abrasion, and weather resistant black synthetic rubber. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 100°C (212°F), petroleum base fluids intermittent to 125°C (257°F).

111-03MM… GREASE WHIP HOSE ASSEMBLIES Grease Whips provide a flexible connector between the grease gun and grease fitting to allow easier access to the tight and awkward spaces where grease nipples always seem to be located. Our grease whip hose assemblies are rubber to remain flexible at low temperatures and feature a wire braid for better life and coupling retention. Please note, longer lengths are available on request.

Tube : Seamless oil resistant nitrile rubber. Reinforcement : One high tensile steel wire braid. Cover : Oil, abrasion, and weather resistant black neoprene rubber. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 95°C (203°F). Fittings : Solid brass 1 ⁄ 8 " male pipe (NPTF) thread with ball seats to seal with tapered pipe or NPSM swivel pipe fittings.
