C500 SERIES HYDRAULIC COUPLINGS C500H SERIES HYDRAULIC COUPLINGS

C500 Series Wing Nut couplings feature a brass body and a zinc plated carbon steel wing nut and come standard with buna-N (Nitrile) seals. The brass construction makes these couplings the ideal choice for water based applications while the thread-to-connect wing nut design allows for connection and disconnection by hand. C500 Series couplings can be connected under residual pressure, allow for bidi rectional flow, and are commonly found on trailers and in the oil and gas markets. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 105°C (221°F). Interchange : Snaptite 78, Hansen 96, Parker 6100, Faster FB, Aero quip 5100, Holmbury WSC.

C500H Heavy-Duty Wing Nut couplings are found in oilfield and min ing applications where high pressure, shockloads, or external abuse makes other couplings unsuitable. These robust, zinc-plated carbon steel couplings are rated to 5000 psi, allow for bidirectional flow, and come standard with buna-N (Nitrile) seals. The thread-to-connect design eliminates brinelling and the cast steel heavy-duty sleeve features an inspection hole allowing the user to ensure a complete connection. C500H couplings comply with Det Norske Verita North Sea standards. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 105°C (221°F). Interchange : Snaptite 75, DNP VFF-HD, Faster OGV, Aeroquip FD85, Holmbury LC.
