172… SAE 100R7 BLACK THERMOPLASTIC This medium pressure polyurethane covered hydraulic hose offers excellent flexibility and resistance to a wide range of chemicals and petroleum base products. 172 hose is commonly used in construction equipment, lubrication lines and hydraulic lift equipment. The polyester tube provides excellent low temperature flexibility.

172N… SAE 100R7 ORANGE NON-CONDUCTIVE The non-conductive version of 172 has an orange, non pin-pricked cover that meets SAE J517 non-conductivity requirements. This hose is a favourite choice for telephone and power line servicing vehicles and other hydraulic lifts.

Tube : Polyester. Reinforcement : Braided polyester. Cover : Black polyurethane, pin-pricked. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 93°C (200°F).

172T is two lines of 172 bonded together during the manufacturing process. The hose is used in many of the same applications as the single line, but where two hydraulic lines are required. This hose is commonly found on forklifts and mobile hydraulic lifts. Non-conductive twin line is available on request.
