4200/4400 ONE-PIECE NON-SKIVE COUPLINGS

4200 and 4400 series couplings have been engineered to match a wide range of hose types to provide assemblies that meet the highest global standards. Ferrules have two or four scribe lines for easy identification. 4200 series couplings fit single and double wire braided hoses from 1 ⁄ 4 " to 1". 4400 series couplings are best suited for four spiral hoses from 3 ⁄ 8 " to 2" as well as single and double wire braided hoses from 1 1 ⁄ 4 " to 2". Wherever possible, elbows and flanges are machined from bar stock and then bent and heat treated for maximum strength. Fittings made in this way are stronger than conventional brazed fittings assembled from parts.
