C1000 SERIES HYDRAULIC COUPLINGS C5000 SERIES HYDRAULIC COUPLINGS

Our C5000 Series couplings are designed for high pressure pulse ap plications and are commonly found on hammer circuits, rock crush ers, and test rigs. Featuring a zinc-plated carbon steel body with Viton seals, the thread-to-connect design eliminates brinelling and keeps all internal parts held rigid, significantly reducing fatigue on the poppet, spring, and body. These couplings can be connected and disconnected under pressure, allow for bidirectional flow, and are supplied with caps and plugs to protect threads and eliminate con tamination. Temperature Range : -20°C (-4°F) to 120°C (248°F). Interchange : Holmbury 5000.

Suitable for use on all mobile equipment and often found on Scandi navian built equipment, these high flow couplings feature a poppet style connect under pressure connection and are fitted with a safety locking sleeve to prevent accidental disconnection. The carbon steel zinc-nickel plated construction ensures superior corrosion resistance. C1000 Series couplings allow for bidirectional flow and come stan dard with buna-N (Nitrile) seals. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 105°C (221°F). Interchange : Dixon TR, Parker Tema T, Cejn 525, DNP PTK, Holmbury F.
